Traveling to and from the Toronto Airport was a wonderful experience with this company. Hira answered all of our questions and assured us that we would have nothing but the best service and our own private vehicle to travel in. Our driver - J was on time, loaded our luggage for us and reviewed with us possible things we might have forgotten be for we began our journey to Toronto. We arrived at the Airport in a timely manner with a set of complete instructions for our return trip. It also was a seamless experience-our vehicle was waiting for us at the airport, we knew the make, colour and licence plate # and had been registered with the Airport Security desk. This company is fantastic, they deliver impeccable stress free service. It was a pleasure to travel with them and we will certainly use them again! Thank you for make this part of our trip enjoyable!

Can’t say enough positive things about this airport taxi service. From my initial call and speaking with Hira, who patiently answered all of my questions as I was travelling solo for the first time to Mohamed who got me to the airport safetly and Jay who greeted me at the airport upon my return. ALL was stress free for me . They arrived when they said they would (early actually), they texted me that they had arrived, described vehicle and plate number( top notch vehicles by the way) and exactly where they were waiting for me along with their name. Fabulous customer service .

Booking was super easy. I shopped around for prices and the type of vehicle for the price. We were picked up in a brand new GMC Yukon. Very spacious and comfortable especially after a long International flight. Our driver was extremely polite and courteous. He made an effort to avoid traffic using GPS and gave us the added option (for a fee) to return using the 407 toll highway. We took that route as we were exhausted and wanted to get home faster than the traffic on the regular highway. The pick up process at Pearson was super easy and efficient with less than 5min wait for him to arrive at the gate. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

We used this service from St. Catharines to Toronto Pearson Airport and they were most professional and helpful when we made our booking. Pricing was reasonable and within range of other operators I had called for quotes. We travelled as a party of 6 with 3 separate pick ups in 3 different local cities. All quoted pick up times were adhered to and got us to the airport in good time. Very professional and friendly service. Jay was wonderful !!!
Our experience was so good in early November, 2022 that we used the service again in late November - Early December for another vacation my husband & I took! We had to make a change to our scheduled return date and they were most accommodating!
Each of our travels dropped us off at the appropriate door and picked us up right at our designated exit upon return. Highly professional and recommend to use!!

I have been using the services of St. Catharines Airport Taxi Service for 4 years now, and I will never use anyone else.
Booking is super easy. Not only are they ALWAYS on time, but are even early. Very roomy and comfortable vehicles.
Jay is such a personable guy. He is truly a joy to chat with during my drive with him.
Jay is very responsible while driving and does not go over the speed limit. He even offers me the option to take the 407 (for a small fee) to make arriving much faster.

I needed to get to and from Toronto airport recently and was fortunate enough to book with Airport Taxi Service St. Catharines. They responded quickly to my request and overall, the service was excellent. The vehicle was super comfortable and clean, and Jay was very prompt about getting me to the airport/home on time. We have used the Niagara Falls and Saint Catharines Airport Taxi Service for several years now, and it is always excellent. The drivers are prompt, courteous, and, in a word, wonderful. I most definitely recommend Airport Taxi Service! The cars are luxurious and comfortable! This company gets you to and from the airport on time, without any issues, and for a rate that is competitive with an airbus ride. Jay has been our driver several times now. He is excellent behind the wheel, efficient and a friendly guy. The communication with this company cannot be beat! The drivers arrive on time to get you and, because they track your flight, they are at the exit door as you roll out of the airport. I 100% recommend this company.

From the very first contact with Jay it was First Class. Organized, efficient, professional and very courteous.
Our flight arrival and especially customs clearance at Toronto was delayed by 2 hours and Jay waited patiently without any complaints and when we were finally ready he was there in less than a minute..

Excellent service. Clean, spacious cars, they were early for both pick up times, and good communication. My return flight was changed 3 times, and they responded promptly each time confirming the new flight number, and that they would be ready and waiting at the airport.

The services provided were top notch. I scheduled 3 airport transfers over 3 days and every driver provided exceptional service. We have used this Airport Taxi service on 3 occasions and at different times of the year. So, my review covers January in the snow, April in the rain and September in the sun. This service is remarkable. I can’t say enough good things about it. They have always turned up early to our home and are very professional. Cases are always loaded by them, and car doors open and ready for us to start our journey to Pearson. The cars have always been exceptionally clean and the drivers very friendly. I think a service is best judged on the pickup and this one is 100% perfect. We text them when landed and they immediately text back the car model, license plate and pick up location. I can honestly say the most time we waited was 3 minutes and it was snowing so, really!!!! The drivers will converse with you if you start the conversation but also will happily let you sleep in the back seat if that’s what you want. I have found there driving and knowledge of the roads safe and amazing. Not once did we feel worried. I would like to add that the lady in their office is wonderful, very punctual, and professional with her emails and kind.
I would highly recommend their service and we will continue to take advantage of not driving the Toronto roads.
